SHIPPING

An email will be sent from us once your package has been shipped with a tracking number. We currently do not offer expedited shipping because we prefer to avoid high import taxes they charge to our customers.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All orders take 1-5 business days to process. Deliveries can take 1 to 3 weeks to United States and 1 to 6 weeks for the rest of the world. This can vary depending on what you purchased and your location. In some cases, processing and delivery could take longer on holiday seasons. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We ship from our US based locations and partnered sweat-free factories located in Shanghai. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item), as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.  We ship for Free World-Wide via Parcel. This way you are able to receive your items internationally without having to pay any import taxes for orders below $1000. We currently do not offer expedited shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. because of the high import taxes they charge to their customers (you).

I ORDERED 2+ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE...WHERE'S MY ORDER?

We have numerous warehouses so frequently we'll be shipping items separately from multiple locations. If one item comes, don't panic, everything will arrive!  

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?

If there's tracking available for your product, look up the order status in the order lookup form. This will show the tracking if it's provided. Most of our promotional offers don't come with tracking as this dramatically drops the shipping cost for you, the consumer.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

All our orders are protected by our Order Insurance. If your order does not arrive to you or gets lost in transit, we can certainly issue a full refund for your purchase, resend the item to you, or issue you a store credit.

I NO LONGER WANT MY ORDER, CAN I CANCEL AND REFUND?

If we are contacted within 12 hours of your order, we can provide a full refund! Unfortunately we are currently not offering returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and it is brought to our attention within no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, and color. We are working hard to provide refunds in the future. We will also issue refunds on items damaged in transit, ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

CUSTOMS

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price and/or shipping cost.Should these charges be incurred, they will be collected from you upon delivery.Please check with your country’s custom office for more information.These charges are your responsibility.
